Mostly bad - Developer Ozan Employee Review

- The only point I can think of is teammates are cool.

- They're doing PR for marketing only showing that company is great and stuff, but it's quite the opposite as a workplace. - They didn't give a raise in a high inflation environment even though PRs are saying we're earning a lot. - They're not providing bottled water anymore (since 1-2 months) with an excuse of saying it's too expensive. - They don't care about employees even a bit, being smarmy earns better than working hard. - Unfortunately life conditions are getting worse every day, if you're planning to have a good life as a developer, don't apply here. - If you want career opportunities, this's not a place for you. - If you want to have a highly modern tech and software to improve yourself, this's not a place for you.

A multicultural and family atmosphere with perfect office location. Hard work is well appreciated within the whole Akce group (which ozan.com is a part of) as well.

As a start up , there are technological challenges to overcome, but with the great team work it will be resolved very quickly.
