You are made to feel like you are always doing something wrong in his super cut-throat environment. He even went to fire a young colleague the day after her dad died, which along with many other things triggered me leaving. Please, if you are reading this and are about to work here, avoid at all costs. Look at the dates of the 5 star "reviews". Any good company shouldn't have to make false reviews.

Pathetic commission and incentives, close to the bottom of the market Lots of focus on pointless stuff that detracts attention away from profit making activities Real focus on rules, ego and control rather than driving business growth and success bad location long working hours treated like kids no progression options goalposts/rules constantly move in order to reward people less Lack of big picture thinking ,innovative strategies and ideas Poor growth and even regression at times Lack of tools to complete the job people are expendable and treated as a throwaway commodity, people marched out of the office, hostile poor working environment e.t.c
