Senior management was quick to recognize contributions when their needs were met, ensuring that essential tasks were accomplished efficiently.

I found the workplace environment to be quite challenging. Nepotism was a notable issue, as personal connections often overshadowed merit. The lack of additional benefits for employees, beyond the basic compensation, was also disappointing and contributed to lower job satisfaction. Furthermore, recognition and praise seemed to be reserved for a select few favored individuals, regardless of their actual contributions, which demotivated others. The turnover of board members every two years led to constant changes in policies and practices, creating a sense of instability and making it difficult to establish consistent strategies. Additionally, meeting the needs of senior management often required working every weekend.
