Pros
+ Pretty good work experience, can be a good place to build experience to go somewhere better. + Nice coworkers. + Benefits are solid. + Decent work-life balance.
Cons
- Lean philosophy = phase out positions, work your existing employees harder, don't give anyone a pay raise (unless they're management). - Salary starts low and they continually make you work harder for the same pay. They also just instated a new policy to reduce overtime pay for overtime-eligible employees, no pay reductions for management though! - No work from home starting August. Not even 1 day a week, even if you can do 100% of your work successfully from home. Compare that to virtually every other company in the area. - Company just doesn't care about employee needs (unless they're management). Frustrations are logged and ignored. Equipment (computers, chairs, etc) are old and won't be improved unless there's a need, and even then it can take forever. They don't try to make any adaptations or improvements for the sake of employees (unless they're management).
