Pros
Paccar is a decent company to work for depending on which unit or manager you end up with ( some units can be more toxic than others). Standard hours but not flexibility, benefits are okay but this is more of a plug and chug kind of environment
Cons
Management doormat listen to employees, no flexibility ( every other company in the PNW are willing to work with employees or even adjust not this place, no remote work ( gotta keep the middle managers happy and be stuck in your cubicle when you can get the work done elsewhere). Diversity? Lol nonexistent in management ( only a certain type are allowed to work their way up). Lastly, they use archaic processes and refuse to modernize the office thus slowing productivity and technology usage is minimal at best. Be wary of the sudden positive reviews, they don’t tell the real story.
