      Flexible schedule, never get bored with any one position, positions may become permanent if desired, found me a position right away

      Cons

      For me location in Bellevue is inconvenient, contracts can end unexpectedly, time between placements can be lengthy, having to contact office when in-between contracts is inconvenient

      Pros

      Cecil at Pace Staffing is friendly, professional, and understanding during my time of transition. He listens. He found me the perfect spot at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital where I could temp and become a permanent employee with the PFS team.

      Cons

      No bad things to deal with. Pace setup my temporary assignment, coordinated my ZOOM interview, and kept in touch with me throughout my assignment and even my onboarding. Now that I am becoming permanent here at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital, Cecil even calls me to make sure I am in the loop and to make sure I feel good about the transition
