Great culture and interesting work, but pay transparency lacking - Consultant PACE-XL Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience - it’s great to hear you’re enjoying the culture, the people, and the variety of work. Creating an environment where Pace‑Setters can do meaningful, interesting work and grow quickly is something we care deeply about. We also really appreciate your honest feedback on pay transparency. This is an area we’re actively working to improve as we continue to grow (currently at a rapid pace). We recognise how important it is for everyone to feel confident that they are rewarded fairly and consistently across the business. Our approach to pay is aligned to our Mastery Framework, which is designed to ensure clarity and consistency in how roles are defined, developed and rewarded. We know, however, that we need to do more to make this as visible and easy to understand as it should be for everyone. It is currently under review and we'll share more in the coming months.
