      Interesting place to work with a lot of variety in projects a day to day work depending on which department you are in. Everyone is friendly and the culture is welcoming.

      Some of the smartest people in the industry work here and the company takes care of their employees well.

      Cooperation is sometimes lacking, The tendency to silo is a constant battle but is not impossible to overcome.

      Pros

      Cutting-edge technology, wide variety of projects applying to basically all industries. Great ownership and great small business culture.

      Cons

      Probably as true with most/all small business, resources can be stretched from time to time. Benefits package not as good as my spouse's.
