Great Coworkers Flexible on Leave/Requesting Days Off
Cons
Underpaid and over worked. There is a great load of backlogged cases that the employees are supposed to handle but there are no incentives and the pay is at the bottom of the spectrum for a PSS. There is never talk of a raise and the end of the year bonus is a slap in the face. The benefits are ok, but its so much you have to pay out before you can actually benefit from the insurance. The upper level management doesn't care because they are adequately paid so what happens at the bottom is no concern of theirs.
