      Pros

      Close company culture, great co-workers, a good company to get you started at.

      Cons

      Time management is non-existent. That is to say that Senior-level employees do not manage their time well and all work is needed ASAP all the time. From the moment you get in to the moment you leave, everything is "urgent".

      Pros

      It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

      Cons

      Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
