Pros
Friendly team, tiny team of 5 people who are very supportive. Recruiting manager was very open to professional growth and providing advice on where to take your career. Work is usually a stable pace with down periods. Lunch in restaurants during orientations. Happy hours are optional but are there if that’s your thing. Pre-pandemic we could work from home once per week (twice if you’re management).
Cons
There was a period where we were without a 2nd recruiting coordinator for about 1 year. Even though my work load doubled I was expected to “own it”. Emotions were high at the time, everyone was feeling the crunch. Because it's such a small team there likely isn't room for promotion, however management has always encouraged applying internally to other programs after a period of time in position (6 months+).
