Pros
You do get a good understanding of the operation of an advertising agency in the pharma world. But that's until you are completely swallowed by overwhelming workload, high expectation and little to no "care" from so called leadership and management.
Cons
Lack of management and people skills on the management and leadership teams. You hear a lot of talking and high hopes for the business but little doing. The mid-management level or so called account/team leads lack work ethics and business acumen. They end up doing anything that the clients ask without offering actual quality marketing services that the client is paying for. At the end the client ends up being unhappy. There are too many cons to be able to list them all here. Overall the company is doomed, at least the Saratoga branch, until all it's current leadership is eliminated. Some of those guys have been there too long and cant keep up with the modern age of advertising. Some are just simply not fit for the job. It's not the Palio+Ignite that used to be relevant, even 3 years ago.
