Zero work life balance. You’re working every other weekend. Micromanaging to the max degree. With all the firings they have it brings down team morale. You’ll work overtime every day to make up for that salary you get. You get scolded if you’re even a minute late. Everyone here is using nicotine to cope with the stress (even if they weren’t before) . If you struggle they will leave you behind.
