Just about everything else. PASCO’s management team is the worst I’ve ever worked for. The COO/VP is the most arrogant person I’ve ever worked for, knows nothing about managing and motivating people, and knows very little about the industry. The management team is seemingly incompetent at keeping employees happy. Morale is ALWAYS low at PASCO. Anyone who sticks around longer than about 5 years has their confidence completely destroyed. It is the only job I’ve ever quit on the spot and I guarantee you they will do everything they can to negate or delete this review. There were many occasions that senior management was drinking/drunk on the job before their employees are even off shift.
