The hyderabad office of Pass Consulting is located at a good location. Opposite to a shopping mall. Flexible timing. No formal dress code.
Cons
There is no formal procedure in anything at Hyderabad office. Starting from hiring process everything is a mess. Interview gets rescheduled many times. Even after clearing the interview, One is not sure if he was selected or not, as there will be no information given or formal mail sent by the HR. One has to personally call back the HR to know if he was selected or not. NO offer letter is issued or given, even after few days of joining. No salary breakup is shared in the offer letter if issued. Only CTC is mentioned in it. No procedure followed during joining time. On the joining day, No one would help the individual or care to guide him especially the HR. There are no Finance or other departments. Hyderabad office even lacks a normal pantry. Its tough to get some drinking water. No coffee or tea vending machine.
