Pros

Scheduling will work around your school schedule and honor requests off as long as you don't take advantage. Also, there's plenty opportunity for promotions and raises. Generally they treat their employees well by randomly providing lunch, monthly birthday cake to celebrate birthdays that month, a star system you can redeem for gift cards. They also let you use the printer for personal (great if you're in college and don't have one) and do school work on the clock as long as it's not busy. Very easy job answering phone calls all day. The culture is very young. Answering center employees are mostly students and recent graduates. The pay and raises are also great, much more than you will make anywhere else as a college student.

Cons

Management (and nearly everyone) gossips, it's a very high school/childish environment. There's also a very high turnover rate. People here get fired left and right. People rarely quit (only get fired) so they will try to make you feel guilty if you voluntarily leave.

Pros

Remote, you can pick up hours and give away hours. Team leads for the most part were helpful when you asked questions.

Cons

Weird witch culture, Pay, benefits, too strict on calls without enough pay.
