Pros

Remote work, Flexible with scheduling your clients and offer supervision for licensure.

Cons

Burnout; no work—life balance; high turnover. They want you to schedule 38 clients to reach the goal of 32. Part timers don’t get paid for administrative work for no shows. PTO is only 15 days per year, which includes vacation and sick time) and only observe 8 holidays per year. They expect you to contact your clients when you call in sick. HR and management are also unclear on the specifics of contracts and KPIs.
