Pros

There is training available if you ask for it. Some education is covered by the employer. Favoritism seems to rule here.

Cons

Company is grossly mismanaged and being driven into the ground. They chase away the smart employees and managers even if they do their jobs well. The CEO seems imbalanced, yells and is unprofessional to his employees. He even chased of one of his children.

Pros

Health benefits are good. Not great but good.

Cons

Toxic culture, chaotic leadership, and zero real support. If you’re not family, you’ll quickly realize you’re unvalued (and even some family members quit over the blatant favoritism). Leadership turns over constantly, the CEO still runs the show through fear and verbal tirades, and HR is nothing more than management’s lapdog — unprepared, unavailable, and useless. Sales is a disaster: garbage leads, KPIs that change daily, marketing in shambles, and incentive plans used like a carrot-and-stick game. Inside sales can’t keep up, outside sales are left isolated, and turnover is ridiculously high. Compensation doesn’t match industry standards, commissions are unreliable, and the only decent thing here is the health benefits. But benefits don’t fix a toxic workplace where nobody’s happy and most people are just here for a paycheck. Bottom line: Avoid this place.
