There is a lack of accountability and professionalism at the management level. Inappropriate behavior is tolerated, concerns are not addressed, and this has negatively impacted morale, trust, and employee retention. Employees who raise concerns or express differing opinions are often discouraged from speaking up and may experience retaliation.
