- Living (and building) in Florida does come with the risk of weather, but I would rather be here than shoveling snow! - Traffic congestion during peak tourist season could be an annoyance.

I've only been here for 3 months but I'm really excited about the next 10 years. They have 28 fundamentals and they hold everyone to a high standard because the instructions are written on the wall. Everyone does their share and helps out when they can. You will be challenged but the managers are also extremely gracious. Giving critique and accolades when due. They are focused on creating better lives for the team. Unlimited PTO and they actually make you take a day off a month and you don't feel guilty about it.

There's always food, I have to make sure not to overeat.
