      Pros

      Great start up company, with amazing energy and family dynamic. The CEO is a very driven, competitive, and observant family man who really goes above and beyond for his employees. The COO is one of the kindest, and encouraging people I have ever, worked with. Same can be said for their Service Manager. He is extremely patient and encouraging. I really did love working here and I miss my co-workers.

      Cons

      Stressful!!!! I can't harp on that enough. It is a very tough, high accountability type of job. I think once they find the right person though there will be no stopping them.

      Pros

      A Lot of opportunities to learn Your coworkers will become your family They have a well thought out business model & plan. If you are getting your career started this is an excellent place to start as they are willing to hire people who may not have all the requirements based on the job description They are very understanding and willing to train you, they foster education within the scope of your role.

      Cons

      Lower than average earning potential Healthcare leaves much to be desired (This is common for a small business) below industry standard amounts of PTO No Annual Raises No or little incentive to grow beyond the scope of your job Little opportunities to move up or get promotions The job can be very demanding VS the pay 45-50 hours+ are not uncommon.
