PCN is a very supportive team from the back office through to the client-facing portions of management. Communication is highly-valued and encouraged at all levels.

Good peers but nothing elese

PC Network is a very political environment. Management will set unrealistic deliverables and time frames, and then pass the blame when objectives are not met. Concerns passed back to management regarding such matter are unheeded. Above all else, words of valuing employees do not match reality. Extensive long work hours to meet promised deliverables are the norm.
