Bullied, Harassed, and Discriminated - Anonymous employee PCCEO Employee Review

Worst bullying, harassment, and discrimination I have ever encountered in my career. Corrupt Board who doesn't care about the community they serve but more concerned with the race of their employees. If you are white, I would not recommend this place. They do not want you there as "you are not part of the community they serve". It is unfortunate as our community could benefit from their services but they care more about what they can get instead of what they can provide. Run...run as quick as you can.
