Leadership generally values measurable results and accountability, which makes it easier to execute and show progress. 4. Cross-functional exposure is excellent (IT, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders), so you build a broad enterprise perspective.

1. Fast pace and shifting priorities can be challenging if you prefer highly stable roadmaps. 2. Cross-functional initiatives can create bottlenecks, so timelines sometimes rely on stakeholder availability. 3. Process maturity can vary by workstream, so you may need to build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
