      Pros

      The benefits, the culture, the people, my manager .... I cannot say enough good things about this company.

      Cons

      The only downfall is a 40hr work week, wish it was 37.5hrs, but that is a very small complaint. They do have summer hours which is a definite perk

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
