Pros
Headquarter has good location and there are opportunities for many for travel. Co-workers are intelligent, interested in learning and solving problems, are customer-focused, and have lots of energy and good ideas.
Cons
Small group of inbred execs and senior engineers make moving up through the organization nearly impossible. There seems to be no succession planning nor opportunities for career development. Many managers give little if any performance feedback and don't work with you to further your career.
