However, the benefits are in the very top of the market. - Depending on the division, there will be a clear professional path laid out from your first day, including many training activities and courses.
Cons
- Politics play a major role in the company. If you support the government, you will be in the fast track for promotions, if not, think about building your CV for 3-4 years and leave as there will be no growth after that.
