Bad place to wrok - Design Analyst PDX Employee Review

Worked for 5+ years in design team. At best, you can hope to have neutral feelings towards you from the management side. If you are in their good books, your career will excel and even sky is not the limit. However if they don't like you, which is not really dependent on your work or work ethics, your career will get over in a blink of an eye. Design team was very critical to launching products with great UX, but the design leads and design manager and director were not fit to run this team.
