      Pros

      Some of the staff are friendly/ helpful but very rare. I honestly can’t see any positives.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, staff are disregarded by management & very toxic unacceptable behaviour is allowed. High staff turnover for a reason, don’t put your mental health at risk by accepting a job which might as well be slave labour as you will be expected to work beyond your contracted hours on a daily basis and if not your attendance will be marked as poor on review. Salary is very poor in comparison to similar employers in the industry.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were class. Very helpful.

      Cons

      The management is a joke, discrimination, partiality, favoritism and mostly saving their own backsides. HR is basically useless and only favors the company. Complaints wont be taken seriously. You can survive there if you like licking people's backsides.

      Pros

      Some flexibility in start-finish times. Overall quite understanding of life scenarios and they will help work around them with you. They celebrate occasions, and try to make calendar events fun. Good people in all departments. Hybrid work available to most. Can use

      Cons

      Pay isn't great. Hours are longer than most businesses, in spite of the flexibility. No finishing early on Fridays, or any day for that matter. No commission in the sales roles, which makes the job unrewarding.
