Pros

Snacks were available & drinks. Brown nosing was plentiful and a delight to watch. Weight room was available on site generally occupied by extremely unfit people who could barely breathe. Strong management & leadership presence that have no idea what their roles are. Holiday pay & benefits are available selectively.

Cons

The people are very unique, unhappy and extremely fake. Leadership enjoys seeing people suffer and think you should know everything about everything. They want you to have a bachelor degree for every position or better. Experience is rulled out. If you have been in the industry 15 or 20yrs, the people always seem to know everything and far superior to you and treat you in a belittling sense. Departments are confused in their job roles & functions due to the old rule to many leaders & no followers.
