      Pros

      Most places want you to have a ton of experience first, but they gave me a chance although I didn't have any experience. They were very patient with me and allowed me to grow into the position and the requirements. That truly helped me build my confidence that I could do the job.

      Cons

      They changed compensation and bonus plans too often.

      Awesome place and people - complex and large finance operation and balance sheet yet still small enough to make an impact and build up solutions from the ground floor - creative place!

      Sometimes can be stretched for more resources
