The overall company is fantastic. The mortgage department was in the early stages of growth so there is room for improvement overall a good experience
Cons
Early stage department so there was constant change especially when the market slowed down. It seemed that the pressure could not be handled by upper management so that trickled down the ladder thus decreasing morale.
