They will micromanage the heck out you here (i.e. what are you doing, where are you going, what are you wearing, why aren't you on the phone, etc.). Not only that, you're constantly being monitored by the leadership team and they secretly listen to your calls (they spy on you essentially). It's a completely negative and toxic environment from a leadership and management perspective. Managers & leadership don't respect their recruiters or recruiting teams. Apply somewhere else, your hard work and recruiting knowledge will not be appreciated at Penn.
