The product in question exhibits significant developmental issues. Upon my integration into the organization, I was initially informed that Know Your Customer (KYC) processes would be fully operational within a matter of months. Regrettably, this was not the case. The influx of inquiries is primarily directed to the inbound department, with minimal dissemination to other relevant teams. Furthermore, there is a lack of clarity and structure within the sales team regarding the allocation of inbound leads, which contradicts the initial understanding established during the initial interview where it was articulated that 30% of inbound leads would be assigned to the sales representatives. The internal sales structure is currently lacking in effective management and oversight. Reviewing commission statements, it is evident that there is a notable lack of transparency in determining the amount of commission each team member is entitled to, unless individuals actively pursue updates. In addition, there have been instances where deadlines for system updates have been frequently postponed, and promises to customers have not been met, potentially compromising the company's credibility. Moreover, the organization has experienced a series of personnel terminations ostensibly related to "changes" within the company. These events have generated an atmosphere of uncertainty among the employees.
