Redundancies in processes lead to inefficient project timelines. Leaner processes could be developed by spending more time on training new employees on the intricacies of their clients needs. This company expects employees to track their work in a system that takes time to update without figuring that time into their work day leading to long working hours. The pay structure is inconsistent.
