      Pros

      Local Coworkers were great to work with. Commission structure used to be good.

      Cons

      Upper management seems lost. Commission structure took a dive. It's not about helping the customer anymore. Getting greedy and ALL about the money. A major restructure segmented the company and broke up great teams. "That's not my job" became a popular term.

      Good learning opportunities with exposure to different systems (Vario, Trio, Multiprop, etc.)

      Workload can be high during peak project periods
