Pros
Your experience within the company varys depending on what department you are working in. Some departments are better than others (with shipping and tempering being the best, and IG being the worst). There are three different shifts available at the company, which offers great flexibility for workers. The company fosters a strong work ethic in its employees, and there is good camaraderie in the departments. There is a very good culture of safety, with weekly meetings on how to improve safety. Human resources is competent, and any time there are personality conflicts, these issues will be settled quickly and effectively. Each department has a team lead who acts as a bridge between the employees and the managers, which works very well. Full dental and medical coverage.
Cons
Managers in some departments can be very demanding (such as IG production). Some departments have a toxic atmosphere (such as IG production). New employees are not given any allowances for their inexperience, they are thrown into the job with no training. This is especially evident in the IG department, which can be a technically complicated job. The production departments will sometimes be required to work overtime. There is very limited parking available.
