Cons
Any talk of values is lip service. No product-market fit, no demand for their software. Platform is long in the tooth and replacement is years overdue. Toxic, fear based culture run by micro-mangers. Average tenure for an AE is about 10 months. OTE and any goals are laughably unachievable. Revolving door of management. They like to brag about how "everything is new" but in reality everything is changing.... all the time. For the wrong reasons. I watched the following seats come and go in under 18 months: CEO, CRO, CFO, President, CMO, CEO (again), SVP of Sales, Director of Sales, Chief Sales Officer. (3) layoffs in that time. Similar struggles on the CS side of the business.
