Great environment - Marketing Manager PFL Employee Review

PFL went through some tough times the past few years due to COVID and then a slow economy, but the new management team has turned it around and made it successful again. There is definitely a family atmosphere among the people who stayed, and a sense of accomplishment that the company is growing and profitable again.

Compensation was frozen for a year but we should be pulling out of that now that we're doing better.

Good people, everyone is helpful.

Leadership has no strategy. The current strategy is just "get the company sold in 5 years"
