Pros
The corporate culture is wonderful. Everyone knows who you are and what you contribute, and success is rewarded, BIG time. Regular "bankers hours," base salary with full benefits and paid time off are just some of the reasons why people who work here have been here forever. The company is growing, and constantly changing to stay current and competitive. Training is a top priority, and never-ending process for PFP empoyees. Licensing, PAT Sales Training, Sandler Training, Dale Carnegie Training and Management Development to name a few. Truly a great family owned business, with a passion for helping others and taking care of it's own employees. When something is not working, leadership makes the appropriate and swift changes. Great people will THRIVE here.
Cons
Occasionally, an overly entitled, ungrateful or plain crazy person gets hired, and then writes completely innaccurate account of their "experience" on this website. Nothing could be further from the truth about PFP than some of what I read here.
