Pros
Some teams have a better structure and team. I recommend you message former employees on LinkedIn and they will tell you their experience on the people in the team and the team specific culture. OMG, the mother company of PHD, has won an award for best workplace in Asia but no person working in PHD will believe it's validity.
Cons
The capabilities of all the teams is abhorrent with many digital managers and directors not knowing the basics of digital marketing. It is also very common for new people to get no training for their role which makes PHD a bad place to work in for new graduates. You will see some new members not knowing their job scope for months. The management team focuses too much on short term solutions that will not pan out in the next 3-6 months. All the strong PHD employees who have won awards have left the company. Most of the people in the company have been around for less than a year. The quality of people being hired are horrible with most of them being all talk with no knowledge to back it up. There is no company culture. Managers and directors do not give any guidance to the planners The digital teams are all weak in their expertise and can't compare to other companies. There are many horrible bosses who gaslight employees and scream at their team for no good reason.
