Pros
The only pros would be if you have a job here at least you have a job. You can be dumb as a box of rocks but if you are white then you are given privilege, more opportunity as well as better treatment and more job consideration and advancements. If you are LGBT community then you are loved and embraced. Management sticks together even when they know they are wrong.
Cons
Management are in the box thinkers, does not embrace new technology, rather hire from outside than properly train and promote from within, a lot of buddy-buddy favoritism from executive managers to supervisors and leads. No room for growth or advancement. A lot of civil right violations taking place and very skillfully covered up.
