He could have easily assigned the work to a more experienced, full-time employee, but instead, he chosed us . His philosophy is clear: interns should also get the opportunity to learn, innovate, and lead. That trust and support have made a huge impact on my growth. In just six months, the growth, learning, and confidence I’ve gained have been beyond my expectations. And I owe it all to Pradip sir and the inclusive culture at PHN.
