West Designs was a great working experience for me. From the minute you meet Brandon, he talks about the importance of community and culture within the company. There wasn't a day in the job where I questioned that. It's truly a great environment to work in. The team is friendly and helpful. It is a true team environment. If there is anything about the position that you don't like, Brandon and the team are alway willing to listen and improve. As an inbound marketing writer, my job was to manage social media, blogging and some other areas for West Designs clients. No job is stress-free, but I never felt as if I had an unfair amount of work on my plate. Brandon and the team were always willing to help if things got too crazy. This is the kind of place you want to work at. Work-life balance is important to management, and employees feel valued.
Cons
There aren't many negatives about this job. Even during the busy times, you never feel like there is too much on your plate. I never dreaded going to work.
