• In this position I am duty Manager in Central Reservation Control of Pakistan International Airlines to deploy staff and officers at daily basis so that to run the business of Office smoothly and answer the emails up to 200 on daily basis from all over the world on the network of PIA along with calls where the problem come to them to solve their problems at first. I controlled and managed the vacation of my team according to their needs as well office requirement so that the office business may not be disturbed from smooth running. I helped my team to solve their problem and train them on job to prepare them not for today but as well for the future. I managed with 28 members of staff and officers the business to run very excellent instead of 83 members previously.

VERY LESS SALARY AS COMPARED TO MARKET AND OTHER AIRLINES, DISCRIMINATION, FAVORITISM, LIKING AND DISLIKING Biased .
