I think I may have made a mistake joining I should have read glass door first as I am witnessing much of what has been said already. Toxic culture, blame & hire and fire culture Managers in roles they are not experienced to do and therefore no respect from teams. Very high staff turnover We are not respected in the market Poor benefits and very poor pension Egos and empire building at a detriment to everyone else. lots of people off with stress across the business Not collaborative despite the hype
