      Pros

      Free family membership for center facilities, exercise during your work day, copious opportunities for promotions

      Cons

      High turnover. Employees are encouraged to compete with each other in the workplace and there are staff who are permitted to make threatening comments to "inferior" employees, staff and supervisory bullying is encouraged by top management, employees are labeled "superstars" or "not stars" by members of leadership team, "not stars" are ridiculed (sometimes in public)

      Pros

      -The school has a wonderful community. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. The families are close to each other. - Free gym membership for yourself and household -Great Benefits -Union -Paid time off and Vacation time

      Cons

      -Big school, lots of support always needed -Outdated and unfair budget towards preschool. Classrooms make due with whats been in there for years. -Burnout rate is high
