Huge management issues - Cabinetmaker PK Sound Employee Review

Major communication issues between upper management and middle management. Training was basically non existent, you may be hired even without much experience but don't expect to succeed without doing a ton of leg work just to figure out expectations. My departments manager seemed to have a totally different set of priorities and expectations for timeline and quality vs upper management. Safety issues were a problem and there was a very inappropriate and aggressive response from the higher ups when a workplace safety complaint was made. Overtime was constant but for me was excessive.
