Pros
Playground XYZ has grown exponentially since I joined, but has alway kept it's innovative nature as a core value. The company started out of Sydney and has been on a great trajectory ever since, winning industry awards in multiple regions. The product is always changing and never stands still; when there is opportunity to a develop a new idea it will be put in to action. As a sales person, it's refreshing to always have something new to take out to clients in the ever changing attention space. The whole team is incredibly supportive and friendly, as you would expect from an Australian company. Everyone is approachable and will make time to ensure new starters are up to speed. There are monthly competitions and team building events across the worldwide teams and there was even an annual company trip to Australia (Pre-covid). The SLT have a strong vision for Playground continuing to grow as a company, so it's a very exciting time to be part of a business at the forefront of attention in digital media.
Cons
You'll need to be a self-starter as the company is growing quickly, you'll have more responsibility than most other industry roles. Different office timezones can mean a few early/late calls when needs be!
