      When I started 5 years ago, there were many Pros. At this time, all of those Pros no longer exist.

      Revolving door of leadership Sales metrics/goals always changing Inconsistent policies and expectations No software or systems to support required job duties HR allows for leadership to publicly berate and belittle colleagues
